Annual Food Distribution Reaches 5,000 Families

Zion Foundation Rwandas annual food distribution campaign has concluded successfully, reaching over 5,000 families across 8 districts in Rwanda. The campaign, which ran throughout December, provided essential food packages including rice, beans, flour, oil, and fresh vegetables to families in need.\n\nThis years distribution was our largest ever, made possible by the generous contributions of our donors, partners, and volunteers. Over 200 volunteers participated in the campaign, working tirelessly to ensure that every package reached its intended recipients.\n\nIn addition to food packages, we provided nutrition education sessions and cooking demonstrations to help families make the most of the food they received. We also used the opportunity to conduct health screenings and provide referrals for families requiring medical attention.\n\nWe are grateful to everyone who contributed to this campaign and made it possible for thousands of families to enjoy the holiday season with dignity and hope.
