Flour Products P(Bread, Pasta, Pastries)

The Flour Products Program equips participants with skills in producing bread, pasta, and pastries. Training includes baking techniques, hygiene standards, and quality control.

Participants learn to prepare diverse products and are guided on packaging, branding, and selling. Zion Foundation Rwanda also connects them with local markets such as shops and schools.

This program enables participants to launch small-scale food businesses and contribute to food availability in their communities.
